Not much changed between June & July in the Charlotte Real Estate Monthly Indicators Report – July 2015 provided by The Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association. Inventory remains low, prices continue to increase & homes are flying off the proverbial shelf with a lower days on market. July still held some Spring closings but with many on holiday throughout the month, things tend to slow until after school starts up in August.
