Check out the Charlotte Real Estate Monthly Report March 2015 provided by the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.  With inventory continuing to be low, the Spring market will help prices surge as he buyers have less to choose from and multiple offers are becoming the norm.

In this hot market, it is important to know how quickly you need to move on a property that you like and to have an agent that can implement great negotiation skills for you to get the home you want.  Getting plugged in with an agent early and getting notifications ASAP when you’ve picked a specific neighborhood or area will help position you to see a home first and get your offer in quickly.  Don’t rely on third party sites as there is a delay in the information and can often be 24-48 hours after the home was actually listed in MLS.
