Kim helped us downsize and move cross country. She went above the usual role of realtor and did whatever was necessary to get us moved, such as driving my husband to the airport when I was out of town. She got us the price we had wanted, and had many other names of people to help us including gardeners, packers, lawyers. I would highly recommend her. (Broke a record in the neighborhood too!)
