Below you will find the Charlotte Real Estate Monthly Indicators Report Jan 2016 report provided by the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association.
- Inventory remains low – 3 months supply overall but note that Lake Norman is a bit higher at 5 months supply
- Median sales price continues to rise, as a result of the low inventory (multiple offers driving some of this)
- Closed sales are down overall, but show an increase in Lake Norman & Davidson
