I hope you are ready for the holiday season and hope you spend lots of time with family and friends making beautiful long lasting memories! Inventory remains low. It seems that many of my clients only have a few homes that match their criteria, making it very little home shopping and quick offers when they decide on one. Anything that is very well taken care of, updated and in a great neighborhood or area, go under contract quickly and often have so many interested parties on the first day on market that drives up offer prices.

Lots of rain in November made it a little less desirable for folks to house hunt, so people that can wait did.
